With our high-powered backpack leaf blower, we can take care of leaves efficiently.  We don't vacuum/haul away leaves, but if you've got a woodsy border we can blow them out too -- then give us a call!

With our trusty Stihl chainsaw, we can make quick work of any downed trees/limbs and cut up firewood-sized lengths.  We can also take town low hanging limbs & small sapplings.

Whether you're looking to fully renovate a home or make-over one room; I'll help you add character and functionality into every nook & cranny.  Unlike many interior designers; I don't charge a % markup on goods -- so our interests are aligned when it comes to designing a space within your budget.

Kicking off a new project, buying a new investment property, or preparing for renovations?  Take the guesswork out -- this 'catchall' consult can be tailored to whatever it is that you need.


Have me come meet you at your space, bounce ideas, consider use-cases, offer business insights, visualize potential, select paint colors, figure out difficult room layouts, and make other key decisions to get you started.

Pricing includes an onsite visit, 2 hours of brainstorming & chit-chatting, and a write-up recapping what was discussed/recommendations made.

Space Planning

Using 2D floor planning software, I can help you think critically about your uses and priorities for the space & visualize different options, so we can optimize your precious square footage.


Having a floor plan (and dimensions!) also acts as the start of a 'shopping list' when it comes to materials, fixtures, equipment, furnishings and décor.

Pricing includes an onsite visit (within 20 miles), measurements, and up to 3 revisions of your floor plan.

Mood Boards


My approach to creating a cohesive space starts with organizing and visualizing ideas.  This is where themes, vibes, branding, and inspirational photos will be translated into 'vision boards'.  We'll leverage imagery, textures, and colors that resonate with you to come to a mutual understanding of your preferences, and the aesthetic you hope to end up with.


Once you've given the 'green light' on the overall design scheme as visualized in a mood board; the process of shopping for and selecting paint colors, fixtures, flooring, lighting, furnishings and décor will go a whole lot quicker -- saving you time and money.

$320 per room up to 400sqft; includes 3 unique mood boards for you to choose from.  If you want to purchase any of the products shown in the mood board; the product URL or retail location may be shared for an additional $25.

Materials Selection

Beyond general mood boards which confirm the overall vibe of the space; clients can hire me to take things one step further and help you select all materials and fixtures for your renovation or build-out.

These may include paint colors, flooring, wall coverings, cabinetry, appliances, equipment, bathroom fixtures, backsplashes, light fixtures, and more.

The process includes shopping for products with the right specs & within budget, curating a few great options for your to choose from, and working with you to recommend and guide your final selection.

$120/hr working on your project ($40/hr travel time)

Decorating & Styling


Even the best-designed spaces can feel cold and bland without the right furnishings and décor in place.  With a 'vibe' in-mind (either referencing a mood board for guard rails, or choosing a broader theme with more flexibility) clients can hire me to take short-term furnished rentals and small business spaces from boring & dated, to fresh, lively, and memorable.

With a blend of durable furnishings, special accent pieces, and inexpensive decor you won't need to fuss about; I help clients create approachable spaces that look professional, enhance your brand, and appeal to your target audience.

The process includes shopping for products with the right specs & within budget, curating a few great options for your to choose from, and working with you to recommend and guide your final selection.

If you're a real estate investor who wants to launch a new Airbnb as quickly & efficiently as possible -- hire us to handle it all for you.  We will dedicate ourselves full-time to your property, and even live onsite during the process to fast track your timeline.  We work hands-on, coordinate with plumbers & electricians for you, manage shipping & deliveries, handle local pick-ups, help you set up your local service providers, & get your listing set-up for you.  We can provide training if you'd like to be your own property manager, or for select properties that meet our criteria -- we may be able to be your acting property managers.

Guest Binders


We write & design the best guest binders around!  Tons of insightful details about your house & it's systems help guests feel at home and help avoid any misuse of your property/amenities.  Local area guides are a great tool in greatly reducing the number of repetitive questions/messages you'll need to respond to.  Our binders also include a 'meet your host' page, 'house rules' pages, and a 'checkout checklist'.

There's more to it than you may think; we can write & create your listing for you including marketing descriptions, photo organization & captioning, pricing settings, booking settings, messaging automations, and other key information that will set you up for success!
