A Design Consult is the best way to kick-off any STR project -- during this 2-3 hr onsite working session we will walkthrough your property to discuss, brainstorm, and problem-solve:

As a next step after our onsite Design Consult we dive in to working on your custom property plan, which will include:

This high-level roadmap formalizes and expands on the initial consultation, narrowing down ideas into a clear vision and providing owners with a professional recommendation for what your property should become, and where your time/budget should be focused for the best ROI.
Some owners may take & run with this roadmap on their own, while for others this will simply be a key feedback/approval point before progressing to the next phase.
Room-by-Room Design Plan
S2,500-$5,000+ depending on # of rooms
Once you've approved the property-level roadmap and we're aligned on the strategy & aesthetic direction, we begin designing each room. This next phase involves putting together:

Moodboards & 2D furniture layouts for each room

Paint, lighting, accent walls, and other cosmetic upgrades for each space

A detailed 'shopping list' for each room (i.e. Brown Leather Couch 82-86"L, or Blue Plaid Blackout Curtains 84"L) with budget guidance
With this thoughtful, curated, room-level detail in-hand, STR owners can feel confident shopping and making purchasing decisions for the hundreds of furnishings, finishes, and decorative items you'll need to get your property guest-ready.
For clients working with us further, this documentation will act as a key feedback & approval point before we move to sourcing/purchasing.
Product Sourcing
S3,000-7,500+ depending on # of rooms
With the design, specifications, & budget approved, we then shop for the actual products needed to execute the plan.
Option 1: For owners who want our decisions/recommendations clearly itemized room-by-room, we create a spreadsheet (with website links) so you can take it from there. This will allow hands-on owners to save money by handling the purchasing, order management, logistics & install themselves.
Option 2: For owners having us handle purchasing directly (the next phase), we can eliminate the spreadsheet work and move ahead faster to save you time & money on this step of our process.
Order Management, Installation & Styling
