I don’t present endless options or get approval on every small decision; that level of back-and-forth slows down projects and weakens the final result.
Instead, I guide the vision from start to finish—making informed decisions on your behalf so your property comes together quickly and cohesively. There is always room for collaboration where it matters—but not at the expense of momentum or quality.

Design Consult
Beginning with an onsite property walk-through & local area competitive analysis -- we craft a recommended marketing strategy and unique design concept for your future STR.
Target guest persona, 2 moodboards, room-by-room notes/recommendations/ furniture layouts, and an itemized shopping list are documented in an actionable report. Also includes a 2-hr follow-up phone/video consult to dig in & ask your questions.
Perfect for independent-minded entrepreneurs who want to own the rest of the process, but need a roadmap to head in the right direction.
Detailed Design Plan
We begin with everything included in the Design Strategy Consult, then move forward to shop for & select all materials, furnishings & decor.
For efficiency, we default to items that can be ordered online and provide the URL links to make ordering easy for you. In some cases, we'll flag items & add notes if sourcing locally might be a good alternative (if your time allows).
We also provide a room-by-room installation guide, including sizing & placement for everything in-scope.
Ideal for hands-on owners who want to save money by managing their own logistics & installation, but who need help making design decisions.
Full-Service STR Set-Up
Way beyond what you might imagine to be standard from an STR designer -- think even bigger! Full-Service projects begin with an onsite property walk-through -- then we jump into action to handle absolutely everything to efficiently launch your turnkey, guest-ready STR.
From online & local sourcing, to order management, unboxing & assembly, to outfitting & organizing supply cupboards; we put every last detail into place before your first guests arrive.
If renovations are in-scope, we communicate with contractors to oversee installation & keep you out of the weeds.
We wrap up by staging your STR for the type of lifestyle photos that'll be key to getting noticed & booked; coordinating with a local photographer for you.
As your 'boots on the ground' we treat your property as if it were our own, and go the extra mile to take care of the smallest details you're likely not even thinking about, setting your property up for success.

If renovations are in-scope, we offer a separate Design Service to kick things off so your remodeling & painting projects can get underway asap.

Please note: it's not possible to provide an accurate and final project price based only on a real estate listing (there is a lot that can be observed in-person that gets missed in photos) but we can use it for preliminary estimates to help you plan.
