Project Gallery: Mid Century Modern in the Mountains, Conway NH

In 2025 we were hired by an out-of-state family to design, furnish, and fully set-up an investment property they bought with the goal of creating a competitive Airbnb rental in the crowded North Conway area, while also giving them a homebase for ski vacations.

Starting with a "mid century modern in the mountains" design concept rooted in the house's architecture and location, we created cohesively themed rooms throughout the large 4BR, 3BA, 2 living room, 2 kitchen home.

 

With projects ranging from a complete kitchen gut-job and remodel, to re-painting and wallpapering, to turning a storage space in the basement into a game room, to a curb appeal/garden overhaul -- we wore a variety of hats to get this project done for our clients; playing a pivotal role as 'boots on the ground' while our clients were able to focus on their full-time jobs and home life.

 

We selected materials, oversaw onsite contractors, and personally handled ordering/shipping logistics, furniture assembly, interior decorating, and the garden planting.  We outfitted the kitchen, hung string lights by the fire pit, and even organized the cleaner's supply closet.  We also were happy to collaborate with our clients to save them money -- creating detailed "to-do lists" & doing prep work allowing them to DIY their own interior painting & other install work during planned 'work trips' to their new property.

This was a big investment that, to their credit, our clients saw the vision for -- which is now paying off big, as our clients are enjoying a fully booked Airbnb calendar.
