For most Full-Service STR Design & Set-Up projects, clients can expect:

Keep in mind:

Renovations are a bit of a wild card! Remodeling or new construction projects (and associated design fees) are not included in the above estimates.

If fact checking with ChatGPT for budget guidance; typically only furniture, basic decor, & household essentials are included in AI-generated estimates. Design fees, project management, installation time, and creative customization is not likely included.

Please note: we cannot possibly provide an accurate project price based only on a real estate listing (there is a lot that can be noticed onsite that gets missed in photos). A per square-foot price does not work either, as oftentimes small spaces require more thought & creativity than large ones may.
