I provide design direction early in the process and with with you & your builder throughout the process, so your home comes together as a cohesive whole—not a series of isolated choices.

Oftentimes I find it helpful to work backwards -- designing your dream finished spaces early on in the process to factor in sizing & placements for furniture, cabinetry, appliances, and custom built-in features before finalizing plans with your builder.
By establishing a clear vision upfront, we can confidently define window & door placements, identify the correct locations for HVAC, lighting, & plumbing fixtures, plan for the right wall/ceiling treatments, and have materials, colors & custom features planned ahead for in your builders' timeline & budget.
Whether you're knocking down walls, finishing your basement, or building new construction; bring me in early in the process for an added layer of creativity & strategy in collaboration with your architect or builder.
Floor Plans & Furniture Layouts
Our design software creates simple 2D floor plans, so if you need 3D renderings to feel comfortable making decisions then my services are not the right fit.
My priorities are:

Using moodboards, we'll align on a design direction and color palette for your new space. By thinking ahead to include furniture & decor, the design decisions you'll be asked to make early in the construction process will come easy.

Finishes & Materials Selection
Breathing life into your custom design concept means translating directional images on paper into real life results. I source & present curated options to clients that work within your design concept and budget.
